You'll be joining an intimate group of six (6) people guided by three experienced healers. Participating in the Mountain detox provides personal support, motivation, and a safe environment to let go and release what you no longer need on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

After you signed-up there will be a health consultation call with Reinhilde.
Your fast and detox will be personalised to your needs and current state of health.
Two weeks before the Mountain detox there will be a zoom meeting (1,5 hours), we will explain how to be prepared for the detox.
You will arrive in Lanjaron the afternoon before we begin (see Getting Here further below). The Detox will begin the following day. We will conclude by noon six days later.

Price setting
Includes your health consultation call with Reinhilde and group zoom meeting.
During the Mountain detox you will receive:
7 days and 6 nights in a heavenly place with full accommodation
Every day soft yoga and/or meditation session
4 abdominal massages
2 full body detox-massages
1 acupuncture treatment
1 cupping treatment
1 in person healthcare advice according to Chinese medicine from Reinhilde
Every day a small meal for an optimal cleanse and build-up process
Every day 2 cups of broth
Every day detox-tea and plenty of water
Booklet (.pdf) with recipes and all the info to go through the Mountain detox

Getting here
We are 90 minutes from the Malaga airport (AGP). A shuttle to Lanjaron is 40€ each way and not included in the price. We can help organize a group shuttle in advance. We will pick you up in Lanjaron and bring you up the mountain and back down at the end of the detox.
Terms and Conditions - Cancellation policy
Upon reservation, your place will be kept for you and we will invite you to pay. (it’s possible to pay in 3 times)
If you cancel less than 4 weeks in advance or if you do not show up you will be charged the full amount.
Upon cancellation more than 4 weeks before the Mountain detox you wil get a 50% refund.
The Mountain detox requires a minimum of 6 persons.
