You’ll be part of an intimate group, guided by three experienced practitioners. This small setting allows for personal attention, steady support, and meaningful connection throughout the retreat.
Taking part in the Mountain Detox offers motivation and a safe environment in which you can gradually let go of what no longer serves you — physically, mentally, and emotionally — at your own pace and with attentive guidance.

We warmly invite you to join us on this Mountain Detox journey.
After signing up, you will have a personal health consultation call with Reinhilde. Based on this conversation, your detox program can be tailored to your individual needs and current state of health.
Two weeks before the retreat, we will meet online for a 1.5-hour Zoom session. During this meeting, Reinhilde will guide you through the preparation phase and explain how to get ready for the detox.
You will arrive in Lanjaròn on the afternoon before the program begins (see “Getting Here” below for travel details). The detox officially starts the following day and concludes six days later in the morning.

Your Retreat Package
Your participation includes a
Personal health consultation call with Reinhilde.
A group Zoom preparation meeting prior to the retreat.
One week before until one week after the Mountain Detox all your questions will be answered.
During the Mountain Detox, you will receive:
7 days and 6 nights in a beautiful mountain setting with full accommodation
Daily gentle yoga and/or meditation sessions
3 abdominal massages
1 acupuncture treatment
1 full-body massage
Guided mountain walks
Plenty of space to relax and enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool
A specially prepared fasting broth each evening, enriched with Chinese herbs
to accompany the cleansing and rebuilding phasesDaily detox herbal teas and plenty of drinking water
Small, carefully reintroduced meals during the rebuilding phase
A comprehensive digital booklet (PDF) with recipes and practical guidance to support you before, during, and after the retreat

2 rooms with private bathroom

2 shared rooms - 2 single beds with private bathroom (please only apply for this rooms if you are with 2 persons)

EARLY BIRD, sign up and pay before 31th of may 2026, you will receive a reduction of 110€ per person.
An Invoice with subject ‘coaching’ is possible on request.
What is Not included?
Cleansing kit (enema set) +/- 30€
Recommended supplements or herbal formulas before or after the Mountain Detox.(+/- 60€)
Flights to and from Spain. When booked in advance, return flights from Brussels Airport or Charleroi typically start around 150€.
Shuttle transfer from Málaga Airport to Lanjarón (35€ each way in shared taxi)
Getting here
The retreat takes place approximately 90 minutes from Málaga Airport (AGP).
A shuttle transfer from the airport to Lanjaròn costs €35 per person each way and is not included in the retreat price. We are happy to help organize a group shuttle in advance.
Once you arrive in Lanjarón, we come to pick you up and bring you to the retreat location in the mountains.
At the end of the detox, we will also bring you back down to the village for your departure.
Terms and Conditions - Cancellation policy
Your place in the Mountain Detox is secured upon reservation and confirmation of payment.
Payment can be made in full or in three installments.
If you cancel less than six weeks before the start of the retreat, or in case of a no-show, the full amount remains due and is non-refundable.
If you cancel more than six weeks before the start of the Mountain Detox, you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat fee.
The Mountain Detox requires a minimum of six participants. In the unlikely event that this minimum is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, and all payments will be fully refunded.
